• Day-to-day operational support (business partnering) to the Sector Managing Director, including FP&A function. • Complete financial and risk management of $AUD4.5bn development pipeline. Projects ranged in size from $AUD50m to $AUD1.1bn.• Responsibility for the strategic planning and corporate development of the business - the largest sector in the Multiplex Developments business. • Review and approval of existing and new project feasibilities and credit submissions, assessing accuracy of revenues, costs and profits, returns, scheduling, and fit to business strategy. • Preparation and presentation of sector profit, cash and capital forecasts for internal reporting and to independent Directors.• Manage, mentor and review the performance of a team of finance and support staff.

• Optimisation of product performance through the provision of financial advice (modelling, sensitivities, policies and procedures) on product strategies, initiative and projects; and • Implementation of new projects, business development and new funds.

Second tier Chartered Accounting firm recently acquired by Deloitte Sydney.Progressed in the Private Business Advisory (PBA) department completing audits, financial accounting, superannuation, taxation, and advisory work across a wide range of industries. PBA was primarily focused on family owned businesses (including HNW individuals) and included public companies.
