As Gas Station manager, I'm in charge of the day-to-day operations of the Station. My responsibilities include; Managing inventories, Shift management, staff supervision, records management, balancing sales, holding staff meetings, staff scheduling, ordering and receiving supplies, creating and submitting daily summary reports to the directors, maintaining pumps and fuel supplies, among others.

As Administrative clerk, I provided medical secretarial support to the doctors, consultants, physiotherapists and nurses. My responsibilities included; scheduling patients appointments, type setting patients letters and clinical reports, Ensuring proper filing of test results with the right patients' notes, Diary management for the doctors, physiotherapists and consultants, Creating and managing clinic databases, simple invoicing, generating payment receipts, Using telephones - both office and mobiles to make, take appointments, queries for patients, Sending samples for medical testing with correct paperwork, Managing the reception, among others.

As Administrative clerk, I performed various medical secretarial support to the team in the facility. my responsibilities included; Creating and managing clinic databases, Entering patients information in respective databases, Dealing with patients enquiries and keeping their records upto date, using telephones to make, take appointments, queries for patients, Type setting patients letters and clinical reports, Ensuring records and files are kept orderly and organized, Sending samples for medical testing with the correct paperwork, Ensuring that test results are filed with the right patients'notes accurately, Diary management for the doctors and specialists, Simple invoicing, Generating payment receipts, Arranging for and taking notes at bi-weekly staff meetings, Following up on action points from the bi-weekly staff meetings, Monitoring and ordering office supplies, operating office equipments like printers, computers, among others.

As a teaching assistant/Student teacher, I performed all the duties and responsibilities of a typical classroom teacher. My roles included; Facilitating classroom lessons, Counseling and guiding students, Creating Schemes of work, Creating lesson plans, Invigilation and marking of students' assessments, Entering students'marks in the school management system for grading, among others.
