Since 1995 Spiderscope has designed, produced and optimised bespoke websites. They cover a diverse range of markets including construction, engineering, manufacturing, hotels, leisure, retail and recruitment. I focused on Google optimisation for dynamic and complex websites and worked closely with customers to develop their online business and marketing strategies.

Acecad Software operates in the Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) sector of the global construction industry. With International operations and a global client base, Acecad is hugely influential with BIM and the vertical of steelwork engineering and fabrication. Working within the Marketing Department it was my responsibility to deliver added consumer value through product knowledge and unprecedented service to maintain and develop customer spend with Acecad Software. My role included speaking to clients and gathering feedback for the development of future software, improving the website, creating smart content for marketing literature and attending trade shows across the UK.

My weekly structure would be working to a strict deadline for the publication of the famous Auto Trader magazine. This was during a transition of moving customers to the exciting and booming online advertising platform. Throughout the week I would maximise the sales of advertisement with high profile customers while always developing new business. There was a responsibility to manage the whole process, from obtaining the right information, booking photo agents and publishing the material.

Alexandra was the UK’s leading workwear specialist. I was responsible for a portfolio of existing and potential customers in the wholesale department. I would discuss products, pricing and address any customer service issues. This was a field/office role depending on what was required. Duties also included responsibility for the telesales team on my department and reporting back to the senior sales management on their progress.
