Starting out in an entry level position in the company, I learned a number of skills involved with landscaping and deconstruction on renovation projects. I was given a number of opportunities to learn valuable construction skills as well as work with a number of skilled individuals. As I developed my skills into trades, I became competent in structural and cosmetic renovation, plumbing, electrical, and basic maintenance troubleshooting. Toward the end of my experience with the company, I was completely renovating and updating dilapidated homes, which at that point I found I had a found passion for.
