As project lead in a talent program, I managed project teams in 16 food manufacturing locations worldwide, engaging and training over 1,000 employees. After leading production teams of over 100 workers, I advanced to take on more strategic projects covering manufacturing, market business strategy, and other strategic key projects for the Zone.My passion for hospitality and travel shines through the management of a holiday rental home and its associated website, where I enjoy co-organizing guest entertainment and local experiences. With a high degree of adaptability and flexibility gained from working with various cultures and businesses, I approach problem-solving with logical data analysis and pragmatism while always maintaining a focus on customer and stakeholder satisfaction.Outside of work, I enjoy exploring different cultures, cooking and trying new foods, and outdoor sports. I have two lovely daughters.
