Since founding ABSTRACT in 2007, I have made it my mission to make the corporate world a fairer and better place. Through award-winning learning and development programmes that focus on effective cultural and performance transformation, ABSTRACT works with our client partners to create inclusive leaders at all levels of organisations, whilst permanently embedding behavioural change in themselves and others.Having previously flourished working at AVIVA and RBS, I learnt first-hand at senior management level what it took to inspire and develop change within a business; the right people, instilled with the right behaviours, creating the right environment. This became my guiding principle behind everything I strive to achieve with ABSTRACT.I consider myself in a very privileged position to provide influence and allyship to help inspire business leaders to be and do better.
