I am currently the President at Vanish Tax and its sister company Student Resolution Group. The companies were formed when I raised funds with several investors to start Vanish Tax. Throughout the life of the company I have maintained investor relations. I manage our sales team, sales strategy and marketing budget. I maintain our relationship with lead vendors, ensure regulatory compliance by lead vendors and monitor our sales spend to make sure it meets ROI projections. I am also responsible for maintaining our company books and budget. Prior to Vanish, I worked for an investment group on several of their projects. On behalf of the investment group, I worked at Deephaven Mortgage a correspondent lender of non-prime mortgage loans. I helped found the company and worked as COO & General Counsel in growing the business. The company sold its mortgages through licensed lenders in all 50 states. I oversaw the marketing plans of our business partners, I assisted our business partners in marketing Deephaven products, I oversaw compliance issues and worked with the sales director in achieving our sales goals. I have been handling advertising budgets, managed vendors, negotiated contracts and set up client logistics at numerous companies over the past 10 years. I over experience in both B2B and direct to consumer markets. I have experience in a wide variety of industries with different regulatory challenges as well as client acquisition challenges. At the end of it all my goal is work with a company providing a superior product in their industry and a commitment to excellence client service.
