In this position, I was responsible for Howard County's legislative agenda in Annapolis, and helped secure $1 million in annual project funding for recreation and social service projects.I built and maintained leadership positions for Howard County within the Maryland Association of Counties, the National Association of Counties, and the Baltimore Metropolitan Council.I developed and fostered strong working relationships between the Howard County Administration and the Howard County Council, the Maryland General Assembly and the the Maryland delegation to Congress.
