Strategy Planning & Data collectionParticipate in a variety of cross-functional tactical planning meetings, reviews and discussionsAs assigned, support the laboratory in collating accurate testing data, analyses, research and reporting to support the treating physicians in management of their patientsResponsible for maintaining and continuously improving the quality system/control and achieving quality objectives through daily actions.B. Medical/Clinical ExpertiseDelivers contemporary/continuing education workshops, seminars, and scientific information on Roche tests (Oncology) to clinical stakeholdersParticipate in tumor board meetings and multidisciplinary discussionsAs appropriate, support design and development of clinical trials, other studies and investigationsCoordinates continuing education workshops, seminars, and programs for physicians, laboratory technologists, and scientistsStay updated on the latest developments in specified disease areas through continuing medical education and professional developmentC. CommunicationActs as the single point of contact from Roche for IHC tests and laboratory quality controls Builds relationships and demonstrates the clinical outcome and clinical benefits of optimal diagnostic testing to Key Opinion LeadersD.
