Civil, Mechanical, Piping & Structural inspector for Large New Construction Projects.

Implement and Manage Cajun Quality Program at construction sites.Review, Comment and approve Site Specific Quality Manuals. Ensure Field supervision follows all construction requirements, project specifications, Code Requirements, Plant specific requirements. conduct field inspections prior to Concrete placement for projects, Welder Qualifications, Weld procedure Qualification, welder continuity and testing as required. Random audits of field drawings, weld maps and testing. compile necessary documents and build project Turn-Over Books.

Manage all company business in country to include construction work, security, Escort, O&M services, HR and Accounting, Perform Business Development activities to include sourcing new business with clients, maintaining high degree of communications with clients and military leaders in theatre. arrange deployments of all AIM personnel in/out of country as well as incountry deployments to remote FOBs. negotiate contracts for services contracts, construct Camp to house all AIM personnel in theatre and ensure compliance with all requlations of Base Ops. conduct site visits to remote sites as necessary and meet with site client reps and military leaders.write Standard Operating procedures and ensure they are implemented along with Safety Procedures and Security procedures.Manage approx 400 TCN personnel from different cultures and countries building strong work ethnics and ensuring they are properly trained for the tasks in which they perform on a day to day basis.Keep accurate records on file as required by company and submit weekly reports of activities.Review and Estimate RFPs for new project Bids, ensure all projects are staffed accordingly and build project work schedules to be followed.

Managed the TSG Operations in Baghdad Iraq, duties included oversight of construction and Operations and Maintenance of all TSG sites in theatre, Security Detail movements of personnel and equipment to various locations in theatre as well as perform security detail leader duties as necessary for client and employee movements throughout theatre.

Supervise Quality techs at 7 remote sites in Iraq. Implement KBR Quality Program and conduct audit/inspections of multiple areas such as DFAC Inspections, ROWPU Operations Inspections, Bulk Fuel Operations, Transportation Operations, Construction and O&M, Facilities Maintenance and so forth. ensure that all depts we compliant with KBR and LogCap procedures, Policies and Technical Requirements as outlined in contract documents.
