Cascade Games currently holds tournaments of varying sizes (up to 1000 players) for Magic the Gathering in Washington, Oregon and Utah. Cascade games also holds events of similar scope in British Colombia, Washington, Oregon, Northern California, Nevada and Arizona for Upper Deck Entertainment.In addition to these events, Cascade Games provides logistical support and Organized Play design consulting in the Comic/Game industry.My duties at the company include coordinating the volunteers that help us at events in 7 regions for all of our events. I organize training opportunities for our volunteers. I am working to develop a curriculum for game "Judges", a specialized volunteer at Organized Play events.

I was a trainer in the Customer Service call center of Postal Prescription Services Mail-Order Pharmacy. I designed and implemented the training materials for a 40+ person call center.I was also a Pharmacy Technician, though that was not a large portion of my duties.

I started as a glorified file clerk for Associates Housing Finance, a division of Associates. Some of my first duties included designing and setting up a loan paperwork tracking system from scratch for a loan portfolio of over $1 billion. I tracked the contents for over 1,000 loans from the time they closed, until the last document was received.Later I added simple loan processing duties, as the division began closing it's doors. I stayed for a while, after the decision to end AHF was made public, to help clean up some outstanding issues.
