My career path working in the construction industry as an owner, executive, estimator, project manager, and field superintendent, has enabled me to work within every aspect of building construction. As a co-founding partner and executive officer of an 89 person general construction company and architectural firm, I have a diverse amount of business management and operations experience. My ability to integrate the construction process with that of architecture enables me to find efficiencies in constructability and value that is necessary in a competitive market.What sets me apart from most executives in the design and construction industry is that I have firsthand experience and knowledge within every aspect of the pre-development process; Site Selection & Development, Preconstruction, Architecture & Engineering, and Project Financing, in addition to all phases of the construction process: Mass Excavation, Utilities, Asphalt Paving, Concrete Foundations & Flatwork, Masonry, Wood & Steel Framing, Roofing, Glazing, Finishes, and MEP’s. My project resume includes multi-story hotel and office buildings, healthcare facilities, heavy to light industrial production facilities, educational buildings, financial institutions, retail buildings (box and strip), restaurants, and roll-out prototype projects, with construction contract amounts ranging from $250,000 to $50,000,000. Along with my years and level of experience I've acquired General Construction Licensing with "UNLIMITED" project size status and/or project experience throughout most states east of the Mississippi RIver and as far west as Texas.
