Regional position with primary responsibility to develop primary relationships with key referral sources for the 4 Dallas Area facilities. Helping all 4 facilities achieve record high census results during the time I had responsibility in this position. Trained new Business Development Specialists using these specific programs developed by the company with the ultimate outcome of maximum occupancy in their respective facilities. Achieved results in meeting and exceeding maximum census for the facility by increasing inquiries and increasing my referral base. Grew a new base of business while retaining existing business. Responsible for all clinical assessment of referrals received. Brought primary facility to it’s all time high in Medicare Census and achieved the company’s highest Medicare census which resulted in this facility achieving the second highest net operating income in the state. Facilitated referrals to other sister facilities through the Dallas/Fort Worth and East Texas markets. Three of my primary facilities hit their all time highs and were in the top 5 performing facilities out of 37. Training of new Business Development Specialists in successful selling techniques.
