With an excess of 20 years in the design and manufacturing sector, typically in Aerospace and automotive roles, I feel I have gained a wealth of experience from initially completing an EITB craft apprenticeship in machine fitting to moving on to an apprenticeship in a busy drawing office. Roles have included a great variety of activities from producing manufacturing drawings for detail parts and assemblies to carrying out in-depth load calculations ranging from automotive drivetrain components to structural steelwork members and all associated interfaces. As my career has progressed, so too has my knowledge of CAD/CAM solutions.
