A three-shift assembly plant responsible for the manufacture of the LX Sedans (300, etc.) with a yearly operating budget of nearly $750 million. Oversee the development of all yearly budgets, forecasts and financial statements for the two manufacturing operations. Evaluate and monitor effectiveness of Company’s internal control systems and take immediate action to correct any weaknesses or deficiencies identified. - Led organization to the highest forecast accuracy within the Assembly/Stamping Division for CY ’06 and ’07 of the 14 plants within the division. - Led negotiations related to outsourcing of janitors and mechanics at plant; including direct negotiation with supplier regarding wage rate development and standard work instruction. This resulted in a reduction of $2.1M in operating costs for the year.- Directed cross-functional team to combine waste management services from two to one supplier. This resulted in a reduction of $150K in operating costs for the year.

- Organized and managed cost development for current and future FWD products- Coordinated and presented financial statements for future products to senior managementAccomplishments:- Consolidated two product finance teams into one organization; eliminating one manager- Directed study team which analyzed the future viability of Chrysler’s small vehicle programs. This led to the discontinuation of the PT Cruiser Convertible and development of other more profitable “buzz” models

- Managed development of all variable and fixed margins for Chrysler product lines for the US, Canadian and Mexican markets- Developed and presented margin and cost studies to senior managementAccomplishments- Led team which standardized vehicle margin reporting process across all product platforms, including all three markets.
