This included the in-sourcing of recruitment and the development of a Talent Acquisition team with significant reductions in operational costs and the design and implementation of an FTE OPEX improvement initiative delivering robust and sustainable returns on investment.

Demonstrated significant time management skills to meet tight facilities usage timetables and designed and delivered a bespoke training programme for Japanese travel and tourism students in both English and Japanese. After an initially successful programme with 40 students, the course attracted 80 students the following year.
