As a Technical Advisor I am directly responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the equipment for the staff at Sky's main HQ in Osterley.It's a front end support role which involves face to face support to the end user meaning the response times are a lot faster and more efficient for the user meaning the company works smoother with little to no faults.I mostly deal with Software and Hardware based faults which are recorded into an internal ticket reporting system to monitor the workflow.

I am responsible for providing first like support for consultants laptops and electronic devices that they need to perform their job.I'm also responsible for the hardware logistics in building and dispatching new laptops and equipment to users at client sites for when they need a faster system or if their system has malfunctioned out on the field.I'm also responsible for ensuring that Incident Report tickets are seen to and responded to as quickly and as effeciently as possible.

Focused on improving my IT skills as best as I could on my own, be it running my own gaming servers, repairing computers throughout my local neighbourhood to providing free technical advice to friends, family and locals.

Provided a service to all guests coming into the park, be it information, complaints or overall support that was what was required of me.

Classed as a "Multi Skiller", I was responsible for stocking the shelves of my designated department while being on call to checkouts during peak times.
