Responsible for leading the Company's internal Quality Systems and Quality Document auditing, maintaining and improvement quality system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. Served as ISO System Management Representative.

Responsible for developing product quality process, inspection characteristic points, quality capabilities and create prototype first article sample for new introduction parts.

Product design in brakes division, especially : caliper, master cylinders, and ABS. Process designed and development, drafting in AutoCAD/Inventor. Inspected and approved finished good samples as well as raw materials. Supported manufacturing , machine operation, and vendors on approving new sourced parts. Built and approved product prototype and validation testing. Reversed engineering and developed product Design Failure Mode Effective and Analysis (DFMEA).

Responsible for the release of master cylinder new part introduction (NPI) package, introduced new product in the catalog and built production to fill customer’s initial order. Coordinated activities with cross-function team on NPI goal to release new product monthly. Designed product BOM format for new product line and technology and developed product functional test specification.

Responsible for the development of Bill Of Material (BOM) of master cylinder product line. Initiated product consolidation, developing product characteristic and retrieving comparison measurement to consolidate applications. Developed and maintained NPS, product master database in AS400 and worked with manufacturing and engineering developing BOM format and new part sourced.

Functioned as liaison between manufacturing operation and support service departments responsible to expose and resolve all product related technical issue in drive axle product line. Directly involved in manufacturing process development and production pilot run. Worked with quality engineers and managers to maintain ISO9001 and TS16949 certification. Conducted quality improvement and analyzed rejects, warranty, and labor claims. Maintained workstation documentations, training records, standard samples, and continually updated and revised Process Failure Mode and Effective Analysis(PFMEA).
