• Managing a sub-portfolio of GS HR transition projects within EMEA. Responsible for the life cycle of projects from assessment to project completion following approved methodology.• Responsible to prepare and represent projects in all required change control bodies and governance reviews ensuring timely approval• Responsible to provide project management expertise for non-transition projects as needed across the EMEA region• Partnering with J&J GS Service Delivery, Portfolio and GS supporting teams to understand, plan and execute transition activities internal to J&J GS.• Partnering with J&J GS customers to understand, plan and manage transition activities external to J&J Global Services.• Responsible to drive project management activities including: solution design proposal, budget development, assessments, value cases, organization design approvals, process documentation, managing knowledge transfer, cut-over activities / schedules, developing project-related communications and plans• Responsible to provide leadership, direction, coaching, feedback, and, where appropriate, discipline to and through subordinate team members• Responsible to manage and motivate project team members to achieve and exceed expectations by identifying resource gaps, allocating time to listen, monitor and provide constructive feedback for mitigation approaches

• Accountable for project deployment (time & budget & scope & quality) • Manage the project deployment work streams (Technology, People, Work Environment, Process, Service Management, Client Change)• Coordination of activities with work stream leads • Collaborate with delivery resources on weekly bases gaining project status update• Regular weekly status transition meetings with client & senior management• Escalation point for service delivery • Validate all components for project delivery are completed• Track spent money on deployment according to approved budget• Risks analyze and elimination of risks in responsible area• Participate in service impact change discussion and securing approvals • Lead multiple transition/transformation project as Transition Lead mainly in area of HR but also in area of F&A, ProcOps, Industry (500 FTEs)• Manage internal/external client relationship• Track project in MS Office & MS Project & MS Powerpoint• Drawing process maps using MS Visio
