Researched and wrote Software Requirements Documents for the Mapping products and interactions with other product lines, including Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile products and Records Management Systems (RMS). Managed product requirements and backlog with a strong focus on customer needs providing access to appropriate data for the end-users.Created and maintained product style guide and designed the integration of all InterAct products.Managed partnerships with other vendors and negotiated license terms/costs.
