Proactively evaluated the results of operations, identified trends/risks/opportunities and implemented actions to ensure that the Business Unit met its financial commitments. Completed financial analysis and due diligence for new business opportunities and capital investments. Directed preparation of Annual Operating Plan, Strategic Plan, and Monthly rolling forecasts. Responsible for full P&L and Balance Sheet and maintained effective internal controls to ensure protection of assets, and accurate revenue recognition/financial reporting. Provided technical financial advice, and monitored accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley 404 and GAAP.
