Process Engineer: Participated during the hiring process of maintenance manager, quality engineer, production supervisors, maintenance technicians, tooling technicians, etc. Coordinate training process during 10 months in Shelbyville IN. Helps Operation Manager to starting up DC operation in Mexico for the new plant. Search of potential aluminium suppliers, tooling suppliers and lubricants suppliers. Active participation of training new operators andemployees in the Die Casting Process. Participating with the HR department to develop safety strategy and rule book. Coordinate translation of quality system into Spanish

Manufacturing Superintendent: Established lean mfg tools (SMED, 5s, Kaizen, Kanban) to improve OEE as an example set up time in die changes from 3.0 hr. to 20 minutes average. Transfer miscellaneous processes like impregnation, shot blasting, thermo deburring, taping machines, set them up and developing process controls. During the last 6 months I had participated in development of new suppliers as a SQE.
