  The Great British Sausage Company was established over 10 years ago with its roots leading back to the UK festival scene, where our tongue-in-cheek ‘I LOVE SAUSAGE’ branding has always been a sure-fire favourite. Twelve years later and we’re still touring the country with our menu of five award-winning sausages and hearty hog roasts. But we’ve also taken it one step further and the sausages that you know and love from the festival scene are now available at sausage shops at Luton Airport and Stevenage Station, where our story continues.PRODUCTWhile we started off as a humble sausage company, we have increased our offering to include hog roasts, smoked sausages and many delicious accompaniments. We promise that all of our sausages: ✔ Contain only lean pork shoulder, with the fat trimmed off✔ Include only farm-assured, red tractor accredited East Anglian pork✔ Are made with 100% natural casings Amongst a number of awards, our sausages have won more than 15 Great Taste gold star awards from the Guild of Fine Food.PROVENANCEWe believe happy pigs equals excellent sausages. All of our pigs are born and bred on one farm and outdoor-reared with plenty of room to roam, living off the wheat and barley grown on the same farm on which they’re reared.We’re proud to be able to say that we can trace the origin of every single one of the ingredients, meaning you can rest assured that only the best, ethically sourced pork and fresh, local seasonings are used. Come and find us at Harpenden Farmers market outside the Cross Keys pub on the last Sunday of the month, where you can buy our award winning sausages in cold packs to take home or head to one of our SAUSAGE SHOPS and try them for yourself!
