Responsibility for delivering $350M+ of annual global Ovid and LWW journal revenue for the Health Research segment of WK’s Health Division, with ownership of strategic planning, new content product development, third-party content acquisition & partnerships, construction and management of go-to-market initiatives for proprietary and partner products, customer retention, pricing optimization, and M&A strategy.

Responsible for APA Publishing's $110 million+ global sales and licensing revenue. Led the 45-person Sales, Marketing and Customer Engagement team, covering the research, higher ed, professional, and trade markets. Significantly over-performed both revenue targets and MQL targets.

Led the marketing organization of APA’s $100M Office of Publications & Databases. Member of the division’s Executive Management Team. Rapidly transformed the department from a product-focused structure and approach to a modern marketing team aligned to our markets and customer needs. Optimized our B2B and B2C marketing strategies for key markets: institutional libraries, researchers, the higher education adoption market, clinicians and the trade book market. Implemented KPI’s across marketing, reframing how team members view their jobs, clarifying goals and creating a framework for demonstrating ROI to the organization.

Led the global team that drove decision-making for the division via insightful, actionable strategic market analysis, market research, web analytics and integrated sales, usage and product analytics. Collaborated with the business to develop meaningful KPI’s and embedded integrated analytics into day-to-day business processes to ensure that all activities improve KPI’s.
