I am an avid seeker of technological development with strengths in computer deployments, maintenance, troubleshooting, software support, and customer support.I believe in finding a root cause of an incident and then either informing the customer of what happened or creating a new solution to prevent it from happening to other customers if applicable. This approach lowers call volume and creates the best customer experience and this is what I strive for at every company I work at.I enjoy being challenged with new projects and having the opportunity to learn something new and expand my skill set. Creating documentation I find very fulfilling, being able to create and share a document and reinforce my knowledge to people in an easy to read format and being able to get some creativity in my work is a nice way to break up a day.
