  Role Prepare shipping documents for products scheduled to ship or be received. verifying shipments with purchase orders and other documents.Hand over necessary documents with instructions to truck drivers.Keep track of shipment details, such as Bill of Lading and pictures, updating customers on their shipments.Coordinate with warehouse personnel for inventory stocking.Sales and Marketing:Prepare and participate in the formulation of sales budgets.Maximize sales and profitability of products.Control costs within budgetary guidelines.Identify internal and external business opportunities.Ensure effective stock and space management.Provide monthly feedback on competitors and event activities.Suggest improvements based on benchmark practices.Inventory Management & Stock Distribution:Ensure effective inventory and warehouse management.Review and analyze stock and sales reports, monitoring over and under stocks, implementing corrective actions.Provide monthly feedback to Concept on sales, stock positions, and product feedback.Business Management & Development:Develop strategies and seek opportunities for expansion in the territory.Manage the roll-out of new projects and time-bound implementation.Research and identify good properties and locations.Understand territory dynamics.Operational Standards and Management:Prepare operating plans and ensure effective implementation.Ensure all Agents' stores comply with store operating and customer service standards.Ensure all stores comply with company policy.People Management:Manage and support key agent recruitment.Conduct key agents' welfare activities.Ensure that all new key agents and distributors understand their roles and are well inducted within the company.Monitor and appraise the performance of product agents in coordination with area distributors.Oversee agent deployment and drive motivation levels of product ambassadors.
