Instituted continuous integration, unit testing, code metrics with Sonar and code review processes which has greatly improved our code quality and decreased escape defect rates.Our client list includes individual automotive dealerships, manufactures, and hundreds of third party integration partners. Some of our most prominent clients include BMW, VW, GM, Bentley, Ferrari, Rolls Royce, Mercedes and many others.

Also responsible for managing offshore team of 70 and setting up our own "shingle" in Pune India.Launched Autodata’s first attempt at iterative development using Scrum. One of the biggest projects Autodata had ever undertaken was developed mostly offshore, using Scrum and it came in on time and on budget.Helped Autodata with the acquisition of Chrome data by ensuring a seamless integration of engineering practices.

Managed a globally distributed team of developers and QA.Helped set up the Sandvine office in Bangalore. Hiring some of the first staff. Spent 2 months in India helping set up the team.

This includes RFP creation, SOW negotiation, quality control and management. • Drive the creation of the QA and SI&T teams.
