Also responsible for managing offshore team of 70 and setting up our own "shingle" in Pune India.Launched Autodata’s first attempt at iterative development using Scrum. One of the biggest projects Autodata had ever undertaken was developed mostly offshore, using Scrum and it came in on time and on budget.Helped Autodata with the acquisition of Chrome data by ensuring a seamless integration of engineering practices.

Managed a globally distributed team of developers and QA.Helped set up the Sandvine office in Bangalore. Hiring some of the first staff. Spent 2 months in India helping set up the team.
