Key achievements to date in role:•Project managed a 3rd party time & attendance implementation from initiation to closure. oRolled out to over 3000 employees. oHigh pressure six month timeframe with direct consequences on legal compliance & employee’s pay. oDelivered using PMP best practises, on-time & under budget.•Using outside the box thinking, initiated and drove the enhanced upgrade of localized automated letter request portal and delivered it the global employee population. oDrove this initiative from the ground up on a try-it, test-it & fix-it basis. oAutomated over 300 letter templates that previously were manually processed by local HR departments.•Payroll/Benefits/Core HR data integrations. oResponsible for complex data integrations between external vendor systems & EMC’s Core HR platform. oLed an international multi-site team consisting of EMC Payroll, HR, IT & 3rd party vendors. oSuccessfully delivered 3 large data integrations effort, ahead of the planned schedule delivery milestone.•Received 5 innovation & passion nomination awards from my customers in my time here.

Participated in and chaired weekly meetings/workshops during the start up and design phase of a large Quality Assurance System. Entrusted with the responsibility of creating a project proposal and specification document that was presented to the Abtran leadership team for the Quality Assurance System.Analysed and documented business processes.Designed and created a web based application from design to testing phases.Worked in a cross functional team that brought together the Technology, Marketing and Quality teams.
