- Providing support to the management and control of the end to end Export business to ensure supply to distributors and end users is maintained at the highest level.- Following strict processes and regulatory requirements for TMEA and CIS countries.- Providing solutions for critical customer queries and developing processes and tools to improve the service provided.- Be seen as a “go-to” information resource for O2C Export queries, including understanding and applying the basics of export business.- Managing the export operation in dedicated markets in a fast paced environment from accurate order placement through to manufacturing follow ups through to accounting adjustments and export documents management.- Managing monthly audit/SOX controls, reports and business metrics.- Working in a global team environment and communicating effectively with both internal business partners of all levels as well as external stakeholders.- Key achievements· Providing training on the SCM practices to ensure synergies across business functions.

- Control inventory interfaces with LSP ( Local Service provider)- Control inventory movements done by LSP and reconcile SAP with LSPs inventory levels.- Run interfaces with LSP and ensure orders have been integrated in SAP.- Manage, track and resolve Tier 2 disputes and route to local affiliates when required.- Interact with local quality department.- Lead & assist in the O2C SOX compliance of processes.- Ensure compliance of company standards and procedures.- Key Achievements• Process owner for both Inventory reconciliations and Idocs for the SCM team.• Lead and implemented a project which standardized the tracking and monitoring of idocs.
