As an example, I heavily oversaw that lead conversion, flows and process builders that a Salesforce user would use in the front-end passed tests successfully. • Designing and enforcing test scripts and scenarios for the tech tickets in our development pipeline, raising detailed bug tickets where applicable. Additionally, with some knowledge in Salesforce developing as well, I would also investigate possible reasoning behind the bugs found and list suggestions to help steer the developers into potential root causes.• Progress the testing culture in the organisation by improving automation within it and to provide regular reports on functionality success-rates prior to each Live Deployment.
