As Managing Director and Southeast Market Leader at High Street Logistics Properties, I oversee all acquisitions and operations in the southeastern United States. Previously, I held a variety of positions at First Industrial Realty Trust, including Investment Officer, Director of Leasing and Portfolio Manager. During my tenure with the company, I participated in the acquisition, leasing, redevelopment and disposition of more than 18 million square feet of real estate, totaling more than $1 billion in value.As an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), I am a current member of the organization’s Investment Management Form and previously served on the Capital Markets Forum and Dorey’s Atlanta Advisory Board.My areas of expertise include acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, sale/leaseback negotiations, contraction negotiations, portfolio management and leasing.
