Drive. Determination. Desire.These are my core traits that I build on everyday.To be driven to do something is more than clocking in every day to perform a task, it is more than executing tasks and completing goals. To be driven is to believe in the mission you are setting out to accomplish. It also means inspiring others to become driven because if you believe in what you are doing, you want others to follow.To be determined to do something means finding success despite repeated failures, repeated set backs and repeated obstacles. Determination means having courage to learn, the courage to be humble and the courage to grow. Determination demands that you encourage others to keep moving forward even when it the path is difficult.To have desire is to crave achievement. It is the compulsion to succeed that empowers the determination to overcome challenges and focuses the drive into a belief that what you are doing matters.
