Mr. Odom is currently serving as CEO of Plexos Group, Inc. which was established to provide program management and business consulting services to various clients on large programs including class action settlements, business valuation services, bankruptcies, federal and state grant programs, and large scale design / construction projects. The most significant of these was for the U.S. Federal Court in which he served as the CEO of the Deepwater Horizon Economic and Property Damages Settlement. This Program is the result of a settlement between BP and a class of approximately 200,000 claimants represented by a Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee (PSC). The settlement is estimated at more than $10 billion and operated with an administrative staff of over 2,500 personnel with an annual administrative budget of $500 million.

Mr. Odom is currently serving as the CEO of Heritage Land Management, LLC. Heritage is a land strategy company that provides strategic consulting, land acquisition, establishment of Wetland and Stream Mitigation Banks, and other land resource strategies.

Mr. Odom formed Plexos International through its sister company Plexus Data Solutions, LLC in Houston, Texas to provide regulatory assistance and software solutions to the oil and gas industry. Products developed and sold included a modeling software package named “Integrity” which was used by such companies as ExxonMobil, El Paso Energy, Transredes and others throughout North and South America on over 80,000 miles of pipeline. Other significant projects included a project with the Naval Surface Warfare center to develop technology for command and control of lethal and nonlethal weapon systems on Stryker vehicles to be deployed in Iraq under a project termed “Project Sheriff”.

Mr. Odom served in various capacities at Shaw Environmental and Infrastructure including Director, Gulf Central District. In addition to his management responsibilities, he served in the roles of business development and program management for Emergency Response, Federal Grant, Energy Incentive and Design / Construction programs totaling over $10 billion.

Upon receipt of his B.S. degree in Civil Engineering, Mr. Odom accepted the position as a Civil / Environmental Design Engineer at Pyburn & Odom. He took on a variety of design, permitting, and investigatory projects in which he ranged from design engineer to project manager. His projects were with governmental, industrial, and commercial clients on multi disciplined projects to $100 million project cost. He also advanced to Chief Financial Officer of the company and managed the finance and administrative teams in the day to day operations of the company and in acquisition of other firms.
