I currently hold over six years of experience in the Healthcare field. My current title is that of Patient Care Coordinator for AccentCare, a company focused on providing health home aids to patients all across the NYC area. Our goal is to make healthcare services more accessible to patients who have difficulty finding proper care.My daily responsibilities include managing an internal and external team of employees that are in charge of managing the care for hundreds of patients. It is also within my purview to manage the relationship with our aides and our patients to ensure that the proper environment is being created to facilitate the best medical outcomes.I believe that my experience as a bilingual healthcare professional would serve as a valuable tool for any position because of my ability to manage logistical and operational expectations. For example, when multiple members of my staff required specific cultural needs to be met, I was able to accommodate their needs while also ensuring that there would be no gaps in-care for their three patients who required round-the-clock attention, in their absence.In conclusion, I am a forward thinker who wants to use my experience to break down logistical and operational barriers. I am ready willing and able to bring my six years of experience and education to every issue that may arise in the course of maintaining day to day operations.
