Responsible for all facets of communication-electronics maintenance in support of all active duty, ground force Marine Corps units within II Marine Expeditionary Force (II MEF) spanning the east coast.• Analyze reporting to determine readiness of functional groups of equipment, as well as the individual equipment items that make up those groups.• Seek and coordinate unique methods to increase readiness of targeted and priority equipment sets to support the Commanding Generals Operational Orders.• Provide individual and group counsel and training to promote skills and personal growth. Ensure Marine Officers and Enlisted within my community and realm are physically, mentally and educationally prepared to conduct their responsibilities within the continental Units States (CONUS) and abroad.Prepare and present General Officer (Executive) level documentation and graphical material that is concise and accurate, giving consideration for time availability and priorities.Participate in enterprise and community level conferences, steering committees and meetings to gather understanding of current postures and contribute to correcting or amplifying the direction to success.
