• Manage the laboratory operations of all MTL labs, Project Managers and Logistics • Prepare Budgets and ensure numbers are respected monthly for both locations• Develop new methods, troubleshoot, support the team in resolving analytical issues • Support QA activities such obtaining and maintaining accreditations• Contact person for discussions with clients• Involved in solving difficult client files and Quality issues such as Non-Conformances and Customer complaints• Ensure the work flow through the lab is running at optimal levels• Ensure the lab maintains on time delivery for clients satisfaction at both sites• Member of the Quebec Order of Chemists

• Manage the Chemistry, Biology and Microbiology groups• Organize the yearly budgets and Research Program with the CEO and CSO• Collaborate with different Universities and companies on research programs
