Administration and Operations• Responsible for all areas of Administration, Acquisitions ,Logistics, Pricing and tenders• property management and maintenance• Project management including planning, construction, infrastructure and signing on framework agreements (leasing, rental etc.).• Project Manager for setting up television Channel 10, News 10 and Nana 10 including: locating a suitable building and adapting the property for the tenants such as Nana 10, Channel 10, News 10 and studios;• Negotiating with various suppliers; planning with architects the propriate surroundings for employees, roles and professions;• Managing contractors and relevant professionals and overseeing the entire project up until intake of staff and placement in their positions.
