As a student trainee, I assisted in Planning, Monitoring and Controlling the chemical processes and components used in manufacturing products in both solvent base and water base factory, by ensuring that:• The production pot and stirrers used for manufacturing are properly cleaned before use and standard operating procedures (SOP) is followed.• The raw materials being tested which meets to standard are added in sequence with strict compliance to the batch sheets• Products are filled in accordance with the filling instructions specified • Fumigation of water base tanks were carried out every fortnight • The quality is maintained while making profit for the company • Potential Problems is been identified and proactive solutions is developed in timely manner• The waste water discarded from the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) is environmentally friendly
