    In this study, participants were interviewed to gather socio-demographic data, including sex, age, educational level, and occupation. Data collection focused on adults aged 18 years and older, who provided information on their current occupation and highest level of education.The data were managed using RedCap electronic data tools hosted at Washington State University GH Kenya. For blood sample collection, it was to look at the presence of immune response to SARS COV 2, children aged 12 years and above provided 5 mL of blood, while children under 12 years contributed 2-3 mL, and infants produced 1.5 mL. Samples were verified at the household level for sufficiency, consolidated, and shipped to KEMRI (DLSP) under controlled temperatures of 2-8 degrees Celsius. Sera were extracted from whole blood specimens and stored at -80 degrees Celsius prior to testing.The study also assessed individuals with underlying conditions to evaluate their seropositivity. Age and sex were predetermined inclusion criteria. Informed consent forms were collected from both adults and children, with participants retaining copies for their records.Ethical approval was granted by KEMRI SERU, with reliance approval from WSU GH Kenya. The study identified individual age and household size as independent predictors of seroconversions.
