David is a results-oriented MEL, KM, and IMS Professional with over 17 years of experience in supporting and leading the design, set-up, and implementation of strategic monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) plans for various donor-funded projects across the globe. Such donors include PEPFAR, The Global Fund, USAID, UKaid, World Bank etc. He has a strong experience implementing MEL plans that include conducting different types of evaluations (baseline, mid-term, final, and outcome monitoring), managing data collection, leading analysis, drafting quality reports and providing insights that influence decision-making and program adaptations. In addition, David also has good experience in ICT designs, support and implementation, Database Management, Data Analysis, and Presentation. He has worked with diverse teams in Nigeria, Africa, and globally. David holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Post Graduate Diploma in Information Management, and Masters of Information Management, and currently studying MSc in Project Management with the Liverpool John More University, a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation, ICT Training with National Institute of Information Technology NIIT in Nigeria, so many trainings on M&E, MIS and ICT.
