With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am a passionate and dedicated Hotel General Manager at Jokers on Ryrie, a vibrant and popular hotel in Geelong. I have a postgraduate degree in Management from Macquarie University, and I have developed strong competencies in people management, training and development, and operations management. I lead a team of over 50 staff, ensuring that they are well-trained, motivated, and customer-focused. I oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including budgeting, marketing, maintenance, and compliance. I also strive to create a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests, by delivering high-quality service, facilities, and entertainment. My mission is to maintain and enhance the reputation and profitability of Jokers on Ryrie, and to contribute to the growth and success of the hospitality sector in Geelong and beyond.
