In charge of up to 200 employees, work with them to increase production and hit necessary quotas• Train other members of supervisor staff, make sure to know concerns over their projects and communicate that with phone center manager and project manager.• Oversee all projects in the phone center, including managing quotas, assessing sample and communicating with project management and phone center manager.

The Wellness Center is used to test the “Wellness” of all staff and student body on the campus. Each semester we perform thousands of tests and assessments to help diagnose and raise awareness of major health deficiencies. We also program exercise and nutrition plans to help with fitness and wellness goals. Responsibilities:• Train staff, including assessment protocols, blood pressure, body fat % skin folds, body mass index, nutrition and exercise programing, and vo2 max.• Manage budget, increase revenue and promote wellness through advertising of all kinds all to increase attendance.• Conduct nutrition and exercise program interviews, meet one on one to improve client’s fitness and overall wellness.
