Responsibilities Include:• Lead and manage a diverse workforce of approximately 20 Field Chemists, Waste Coordinators, and Customer Service Representatives to deliver results using best practices in HSE, operations, and laboratory.• Successfully created and responsible for annual revisions of the site Contingency Plan, SWPPP, and other documents necessary to pass TCEQ RCRA audits of Generator and Transporter SQG status, resulting in no violations under my management to date• Implemented Waste Minimization practices in order to change generator status from SQG to CESQG for past 3 years• Responsible for current 10 Day facility compliance, weekly audits, and all TCEQ annual reporting, NOR management, and audits pertaining to permitting; Acting Compliance Manager• Responsible for selecting and performing audits of disposal facilities including ones approved to accept E&P exempt and Railroad Commission wastes• Responsible for all safety aspects of Labpack and High Haz Divisions as related to 29 CFR 1910, 40 CFR, and 49 CFR• Recruiter for SET technical hiring initiative- responsible for interviewing, assessing, and career pathing for new employees for the TSDF, Southern Region, and Onsite Services locations• Successfully created and responsible for annual revisions of the site Contingency Plan, SWPPP, and other documents necessary to pass TCEQ RCRA audits of Generator and Transporter SQG status, resulting in no violations under my management• Implemented Waste Minimization practices to change generator status from SQG to CESQG for the past 5 years• Responsible for current 10-day facility compliance, weekly audits and all TCEQ annual reporting, NOR management, and audits pertaining to permitting; acting Compliance Manager
