Overview:- Systems Manager for 3 Marriott managed locations; Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa, West Palm Beach Marriott, and Ritz Carlton Residence Singer Island.- Responsible for managing all IT equipment across all 3 properties; Ensuring proper backups, patches, compliance and overall health of Servers, Switches, POS, Workstations, IoT and UPS; - Providing proper access to all end users under my scope including remote users, vendor & technicians.- Project Management to ensure proper implementations are executed and maintained; Providing properties with IT Solutions and Recommendation to further improve overall hotel technology; Configuration and deployment of admin Switches, Servers, POS terminals, Laptops and Desktops; End user support and technology education.- Task Force assistance for project deployments for the following properties: Marriott CALA Regional Office, Aventura Regional Office, St. Regis Bal Harbour, JW Marriott Marco Island, Ritz Carlton Sarasota, Ritz Carlton Naples, W Miami Beach, W Downtown Miami.Projects:- Property Management Server Replacement and Upgrade.- Windows 10 Upgrade across all 3 managed hotels and 3 franchise courtyard hotels. 450 Desktop/Laptops upgraded- Marriott and Starwood Network Integration for W South beach, W Miami and St. Regis Bal Harbour- Windows server 2016 server upgrade for all 3 managed hotels. 25 servers upgraded- Beach and restaurant opening for Marriott Harbor Beach.- Mobile key implementation- New Key server installation and deployment for Marriott West Palm Beach- TLS Certificate upgrade for all POS Servers and endpoints, Southwest Florida Point of contact for deployment guidance- Beach Wi-Fi Expansion- $30,000/yr Cost savings implementations. Includes SIP conversion, Copier Contract Negotiation and removal of non-essential warranty services.- Disaster recovery post several power outages and various devices being damaged. includes, UPS Desktops, POS terminal, Network Switches and servers

Overview:- Systems Admin for over 250 Employees, 150 Desktop & Laptops, 25 POS Terminals, Admin and Guest networking equipment, and Servers.- Role included Admin equipment management; Technology implementation and troubleshooting; Vendor management; Operational meetings with managers and executive members to identify future and daily hotel needs; End user support including both Guest and Employee; Food and Beverage Support, 5 different outlets; Purchasing of new equipment and Inventory count of equipment on property; Routine audits of admin systems to ensure systems are up to date and hotel is PCI and IT Compliant; Department yearly expense forecast for all software agreements and equipment purchases; Capital Expense Projects.- Provided support the W Miami. This included their Food and Beverage outlets and Back of the House employees.Projects:- Involved in the Set-up and Opening of Atlantikos restaurant. This included Access Point placement location with Heat Map of signal strength. Vendor Management with cabling location and equipment purchases. POS Terminals deployment and configuration.- Outdoor and Beach Wi-Fi Expansion. Project entailed adding access points with out door capabilities and eliminating cabling to beach access points.- Hotel buyout. Working with operations team to identify conveniences for the buy out. This included deployment of Custom TV channel that will be displayed across the hotel; Conversion of suites to standard rooms for better accommodation, this included the reprogramming of all Technological equipment withing the room; Conversion of Public areas to accommodate POS terminals and Satellite check-in/out
