Ordering and assembly of hardware for custom test fixtures.Running experiments, analyzing data, and reporting results.Some of the software I used includes LabVIEW, Arduino, Excel, and Solidworks.

Responsibilities varied greatly during my time here. First a CIT and then Camp Counselor and ultimately Director of Activities for week long residential summer camps for 30+ youth. In charge of working together with up to a dozen other staff to design, organize and direct educational workshops as well as other daily activities for 30+ youth. Coordinated and trained up to 10+ CITs. Expected to be adaptable and ready to address unexpected situations or issues and make real time decisions. Helped set up a variety of large and complex art installations. Other activities include acting, martial arts and stage combat, story writing, the creative process, childcare, and mutlidisciplinary youth education. I work a few weekends a year depending on what events and camps are available.

Greater Boston

I machined and assembled 3 different types of jigs and fixtures to test, validate, and RMA 2 types of 3D printers. I would fulfill requested tasks from other teams for machining, 3D printing, CMM, IQC, and CAD.

Career prep and technical readiness are emphasized in order to help us advance along our career path.

I learned about community solar, how it works, and why it is so important. I sharpened my interpersonal and communication skills as a part of this outreach which focused primarily on the Greater Boston area.
