Starting of at the beginning of the business learning the Warehouse ropes as to say, checking in of goods, taking deliveries to customers and meeting them face to face and organising collections, requesting carriers to come in for collections, stock checks, unloading vehicles using a forklift.I then moved on to creating our in house Bureau print department to supply the Retail Sector and NHS Healthcare, this took our business to another level which then mean't we needed more staff to… Show more Starting of at the beginning of the business learning the Warehouse ropes as to say, checking in of goods, taking deliveries to customers and meeting them face to face and organising collections, requesting carriers to come in for collections, stock checks, unloading vehicles using a forklift.I then moved on to creating our in house Bureau print department to supply the Retail Sector and NHS Healthcare, this took our business to another level which then mean't we needed more staff to deal with the demand of how well the department took off, once we were up to full working speed we were then able to look in to venturing in to different areas, along with running a digital machine.Once I had the knowledge of the warehouse and the Bureau it was then time to take the step in to Sales, starting with generating new business with our current customer database and also cold calling new potential clients, I then gained extensive experience servicing key clients in Retail and logistics, supplying innovative Integrated Label Despatch and Returns documents. My knowledge of Integrated labels led me to pioneer alternative applications for these forms within the NHS, working with department heads in various sectors providing report forms and sample trace-ability solutions within this sector.
