Responsibilities:• Supporting TSO (Truesight Orchestration) Automation tool, managing upgrades, Adapter configurations, connectivity issues, workflows issues, integrations with other BMC products and external tools, User access with SSO issues, and general support issues with the tool.• Attend Sev1 to Sev4 incidents, Manage, troubleshoot, and respond to customer issues and Integration issues, ensuring appropriate resolution time and SLAs • Responding to and resolving all customer enquiries (via Video and phone, e-mail)Identifying and reporting functional defects to developers and R&DMaintaining high levels of customer satisfaction• Properly documenting all customer interactions and troubleshooting actions into the issue management systems• Escalating service requests and issues appropriately in a timely fashion• Manage priorities and act on factors that create priorities• Create documentation for the internal and public Knowledge base

• Deep cloud support to Servers (Windows server 2008/2012, Linux Red hat), Load Balancers, SFS. All set in over 50K VMs on VMware.• Cloud infrastructure provisioning using Operation Orchestration, CSA and HPSA (HP Server Automation) • Assist in the development of automation flows• VMware VSphere administration and troubleshooting of Clusters, hosts and VM´s• Microsoft SQL management
