• Leading developer on the provisioning system for the current Virtual Private Server and Dedicated Server (VPS/Ded) hosting product. This involved creating APIs using Java 8 and JAX-RS/Jackson for UI consumption, interacting with microservices provided for the internal OpenStack environment, and database schema creation with SQL for managing customers and purchased products.• Collaborated with legacy hosting product teams and newly acquired companies to design and develop migration workflows which facilitated the consolidation of thousands of virtual private servers from old products onto the new VPS/Ded hosting platform.• Developed and maintained CICD workflows using Jenkins for the VPS/Ded, Windows Shared Hosting, and Email Migration teams allowing these teams to more quickly produce high quality code using automated testing and release tracking.• Designed and implemented the microservice used by the hosting department to manage users and permissions on VPS/Ded servers using Java.• Lead the design and implementation of multiple features added to the VPS/Ded product offering, including server monitoring, upgrades to fully managed support, and automated suspend and reinstate workflows. • Conducted code reviews for and offered guidance and mentorship to junior developers.• Member of the Windows Shared Hosting team that developed GoDaddy’s next-generation Windows hosting platform using the Plesk control panel.
