Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.* Daily check run preparation, vendor maintenance and vendor statement reconciliations. * Preparation, coding and maintenance of 150+ invoices weekly and invoiced for billable hours.* Prepare and review the recording of transactions into the general ledger and perform credit card reconciliations. * Monitor and record company expenses; review and process travel & expense reports for 65+ employees.* Perform Client follow up on outstanding bills and address questions and concerns via telephone and email* Decreased total A/R outstanding from clients.* Experience working independently as well as part of a team.* Responsible for Bookkeeping, journal entries, petty cash and daily bank deposits.* Proficient in, MS Office Suite, Timberline, Adobe Acrobat and database.
