* Receive, save to database, and prepare AutoCAD drawings of new residential blueprints for the designer. * Preparing AutoCAD drawings includes freezing certain layers on the drawing that allow the designer to sketch out the air conditioning system layout.* Help designer with creating the Manual J report by entering the house drawing into Right-Suite Universal. After inserting the drawing into Right-Suite, I sketch over every room in the house and assign each room its own specific information determined by the use of the room. Ceiling heights, windows, doors to exterior, and vaults are also included onto the sketch.* Scan and save the designers equipment layout. Then file the sketches by plan number or address for any future built homes that need comparing.* Bill of Materials is checked by me before given out to the warehouse/inventory department that pulls and prepares the materials needed for each house.

Analyzed blue prints for Texas home builders such as: David Weekly, Taylor Morrison, Perry, MHI, Centex, Pulte, P.I.B., Gracepoint, and Small Builders for the Houston, San Antonio, and Austin markets. •Transfer data that affects the Energy Efficient rating of residential buildings into our internal Access Database. •Transfer data from blue prints into Auto Cad to increase efficiency and productivity resulting in a reduction of man hours by half. •Review house plans to ensure code compliance, ENERGY STAR Program Requirements, Environments for Living Program Requirements, Utility Company Program Requirements, and Municipality Requirements. •Provide our inspectors with duct target, blower door targets, and additional information required for Energy Efficiency Qualifications.•Create Code, Energy Star, EFL, and CenterPoint reports using two rating programs – RemRate and ResCheck.•Field experience with on-site inspectors.
